How long will a project take to complete?
Each project is unique and requires a tailored approach to ensure its success. Therefore, it is difficult to provide an exact timeline for a project without further information. We take the time to understand the specific requirements and scope of each project before providing an estimation. Factors that can influence the timeframe include the size and complexity of the project, the resources required, and any potential roadblocks or challenges that may arise. Rest assured, we work diligently so that every project is completed efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe/deadline.
How do we talk and manage a project?
We believe that clear communicationand complete transparency are the keys to delivering successful projects. Toinitiate communication, we can connect through email, LinkedIn, or any otherplatform that works best for you.

Once a project is underway, we use a project management tool called ClickUp, which is a collaborative platform that allows for easy communication and task management. This ensures that all project participants are on the same page and that the project is progressing as planned. Clients can access ClickUp as well, enabling them to stay up to date on the project's status and communicate with the team.
How much will my project cost?
We treat each project as the unique entity it is. Therefore, it's not possible to provide a cost estimate without knowing more about the specific requirements of the project. The cost of a project depends on several factors, including its scope, complexity, and resources required.

We take pride in our transparent and honest approach to pricing. After discussing your project's details, we will provide a detailed proposal that outlines the project's scope, timeline, and cost. Our pricing is competitive and reflects the high-quality work we deliver.

For clients who wish to work with us long-term, we provide unlimited access at a fixed monthly rate. Together, we'll handle projects as they arise, fostering mutually beneficial dynamic. While we typically focus on one project at a time, exceptions can occur.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact throughout the project?
We believe that clear communication is crucial to the success of any project, which is why we assign a dedicated point of contact to each client at the start of the project. This point of contact will be responsible for managing the project, communicating with the client, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Once the project has started, you will be able to talk to your point of contact directly via a project management platform called ClickUp.
Can I pause a project?
Sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to pause a project temporarily. We are happy to work with you to accommodate your needs; if you wish to pause a project, we can put the project on hold until you are ready to resume work.

In addition, we keep all project files in our archive, so if you wish to return to a project that has been completed, we can re-open the project and pick up where we left off. We believe that maintaining a long-term relationship with our clients is essential, and we are committed to providing exceptional service throughout the project's lifecycle. If you have any questions or concerns about pausing, cancelling, or revisiting a project, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help.
